One-Pan Salmon with Egg and Veggies

INGREDIENTS
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon coriander
• 1/8 teaspoon fenugreek
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 small onion
• 3 slices of lemon
• 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup broccoli
• 1/2 pound salmon
• 1 egg
PREPARATION
1. Heat skillet on low. Pour in olive oil and water.
2. As the skillet is heating up, chop onion, cut broccoli into bite size portions, and slice the lemon.
3. Sprinkle the red pepper, coriander, fenugreek, dried garlic and salt into the skillet. Put the onions, broccoli and sliced lemon into the skillet. Try to lay the lemon slices flat down in the water, so that the lemon juice flavor infuses water as it cooks out.
4. After a few minutes of simmering the spices and veggies, add the salmon to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes.
5. Add egg and cover. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
6. Transfer cooked food to plate.
