Quick and Easy Fresh Green Salad

Green Salad

INGREDIENTS
SALAD
• 1 – 2 cups (or hand fulls of) green leaf lettuce, chopped
• 1/4 cup scallions (green onions), chopped
• 2 radishes
• 1/2 avocado
DRESSING
• 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon honey
• 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons water
PREPARATION
1. Start off by rinsing and cleaning all of the vegetables. Then chop the green leaf lettuce and place into a salad bowl.
2. Chop the scallions, then place into the salad bowl.
3. Chop the radishes, then place into the salad bowl.
4. Toss the salad.
5. Peel the avocado and use a knife to cut it into pieces. Then put the avocado pieces on top of the salad.
6. To make the dressing, combine the sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, honey, vinegar, olive oil and water, in a small bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly.
7. Pour the dressing over the salad.
Serves 1 to 2
